You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Global debt and equity transaction assurance, providing comfort over the accuracy of disclosures when it matters most Event-driven accounting advisory, supporting Australian corporates through periods of change driven by increased stakeholder and regulator demands Global capital markets advisory, identifying key issues and risks early in the deal lifecycle through our globally-proven approach and strong networks with global counsel and advisors.
